Upcoming professional learning opportunities for CCSD support professionals include a certification session for current employees wishing to be placed in the Campus Security Monitor QSP on Saturday, March 7, 2020; the Six Cs of Customer Service on Saturday, April 18, 2020; a session covering the CCSD Standards and Style Writing Guide on Wednesday, April 22, 2020; the online April 2020 Forum, in which participants will learn about using grammar and punctuation in accordance with the CCSD Standards and Style Writing Guide, on Thursday, April 23, 2020; and more.
